A residential program to equip ministry leaders.

LEAD Residency is a 3-year spiritual formation journey that will prepare those looking to serve in ministry with theological, relational, ministry and practical work skills.

LEAD Residency program is based in Toledo, Ohio, and allows students to live together, serve together, and be trained for ministry together. College Credits are earned through the University of Toledo and LEAD program articulation agreements.

The LEAD Residency program will benefit high school graduates seeking ministry training in an “on campus” environment but do not want the impact of high debt.

Through the LEAD Residency Program, students will automatically receive 50% tuition scholarships to both The LEAD Program and the University of Toledo or Owens Community College in Toledo, Ohio.

LEAD Residents will receive FREE Rent as a part of their residential experience and will pay only $100 per month for utilities.

LEAD Residents will maintain a small, highly relational part-time job.

LEAD Residents will learn and minister as a part of Toledo area Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches under pastoral supervision.

LEAD Residents must fundraise for and participate in an international mission trip ($3,700-$4,300).

LEAD Residents will focus on their intimacy with God, missional living, disciple-making discipleship, and kingdom leadership.
