Module Description:

This module provides a foundational understanding of leadership through the lens of Bible doctrine, Spirit-led leadership, and self-awareness. Designed for emerging leaders, the course equips students with essential leadership principles rooted in Scripture. Through theological study and personal reflection, students will develop a solid framework for effective, Christ-centered leadership.

Module Outcomes:

By the end of this module, students will:

  • Understand core Bible doctrines and their impact on leadership and ministry.
  • Develop self-awareness as a key component of Spirit-led leadership.
  • Apply biblical principles of leadership to ministry and personal growth.
  • Explore the relationship between theology and practical leadership.

Intimacy with God | Module

Module Description:

This module is designed to deepen students’ relationship with Jesus Christ through prayer, theological study, scripture interpretation, and practical ministry experience. Students will engage in personal and communal practices to grow in intimacy with Christ, culminating in a deeper understanding of Christ as our Sanctifier.

Module Outcomes:

By the end of this module, students will:

  • Cultivate a consistent and meaningful prayer life and keep a journal.
  • Develop a foundational understanding of theology, scripture interpretation, and the Holy Spirit.
  • Articulate the role of Christ Our Sanctifier through a written paper.
  • Memorize key scripture passages for spiritual formation.
  • Engage in a ministry leadership role, applying course principles in practice.
  • Learn to effectively share their personal faith story with others.
  • Participate in cohort meetings and coaching calls for reflection and discussion.

Missional Living | Module

Module Description:

This module equips students to live missionally in their everyday contexts by aligning their lives with the mission of God. Grounded in Scripture and key theological works, students will explore what it means to embody the Gospel in word and deed.

Module Outcomes:

By the end of this module, students will:

  • Describe and apply what it means to live missionally in a local and global context.
  • Explain biblical and theological foundations for evangelism and incarnational living, using insights from Systematic Theology, the Gospels, and doctrinal studies.
  • Demonstrate relational evangelism practices through MyCircle Training and intentional engagement in the Get Out! Project.
  • Evaluate their personal approach to missional living by reflecting on cultural comfort zones, relational intentionality, and spiritual growth.
  • Articulate a biblical doctrine of humanity and the person of Christ, applying these doctrines to real-life Gospel conversations.
  • Articulate the role of Christ Our Coming Savior through a written paper.
  • Commit to a lifestyle of prayerful awareness and intentional outreach within their unique sphere of influence.

Module Description:

This module equips students with a biblical foundation and practical framework for disciple-making. Through Scripture, key readings, and hands-on practice, students will learn how to multiply disciples through intentional relationships, accountability, and spiritual growth. A key component of the course involves facilitating a Life Transformation Group, where students will apply disciple-making principles in real-life settings.

Module Outcomes:

By the end of this module, students will:

  • Facilitate a Life Transformation Group, implementing accountability and spiritual growth practices.
