Our team is dedicated to providing a transformative learning experience for every student in The LEAD Program. Clint Bieri – Executive Director
As the The LEAD Program’s Executive Director, my role involves leading our exceptional staff, training our dedicated Cohort Directors, and expanding The LEAD Program into new languages and regions. I have thoroughly enjoyed working alongside leaders for the past 14 years.
My fundraising goals include securing funds for my salary, international travel, and essential equipment.

Elizabeth Williams – Curriculum Director
My role as Curriculum Director is to create content that will create an environment where the Holy Spirit can transform ministry leaders. I help create the best online learning environment possible for our students. I have been working on a new, improved version of our English curriculum, expanding our American Sign Language (ASL) curriculum, and continuing the development of our French curriculum. I also am renewing our Spanish curriculum. I spend a lot of time proofreading in all three formats, checking web links within our curriculum, editing and adding written transcripts of our audio material, and creating classes for new students each term.
In this position, I am reliant on support. My fundraising goals include my salary and the needed equipment.
