SDI Certification Training

SDI Certification Training will prepare you for certification as a facilitator of the TotalSDI assessments. This 2-day event is open to anyone who is interested in growing as a leader or who has a position that requires you to train leaders.  We are offering two levels of certification:

• Pastoral Certification: designed for pastors and non-profit or ministry related leaders and use is limited to a local ministry. Cost: $350.

• Limited Certification: designed for regional leaders and overseers who serve a larger constituency beyond a local church (i.e. denominational leaders). Cost: $1250.

The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) helps those you lead understand themselves by helping them understand the motives that drive their behaviors in two different conditions – when things are going well and when they face conflict. By increasing self-awareness and interpersonal awareness, SDI increases personal and interpersonal effectiveness. The benefits of SDI for your organization are game-changing!

PLEASE NOTE:

All materials are provided for your certification. Food and Lodging are the responsibility of the participant. There will be about an hour for meals and there are many local restaurants on Henderson Rd near First Alliance Church that are fantastic. Also, we recommend the Embassy Suites Hotel by Hilton but you are welcome to choose what is best for you and your teammates.
